Roasted Kukicha Green Tea is made exclusively from the tea plant's twigs, which are left to mature on the plant for at least three years before harvesting.

This characteristic naturally reduces the caffeine content, making the tea particularly suitable for frequent and evening consumption.

The subsequent roasting gives Kukicha a distinctive aromatic profile, transforming the grassy notes typical of green tea into warmer and more enveloping scents. The result is a balanced and harmonious infusion, also appreciated in the macrobiotic tradition for its delicacy and digestibility.
