Shipping policy

Moon Tea ships via express courier and does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

The shipping cost across the national territory is €3.90 (unless otherwise specified by free shipping promotions).

For cash on delivery payments, an additional charge of €3.90 applies.

Delivery generally occurs within 48 hours, including main islands, from the time the courier collects the package. The indicated times are those provided by the courier: Moon Tea cannot intervene in the shipping process once the parcel has been handed over, but is committed to doing everything possible to ensure that products arrive on time.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
