Bi Luo Chun Green Tea , literally "Spring Green Snail" , is one of the oldest and most prized green teas in China.

Grown in the eastern and western mountains of Dongting Lake in Jiangsu Province, this tea owes its name to the curled shape of its leaves and the springtime when it's harvested. Bi Luo Chun plantations are unique, characterized by the presence of fruit trees such as medlars, chestnuts, plums, and citrus fruits, which enrich the tea's aroma with unmistakable floral and fruity notes.

The quality of Bi Luo Chun is guaranteed by meticulous harvesting , which takes place from mid-March until the Qingming Festival. Only the finest buds and leaves are selected, maintaining uniformity and freshness in the final product.   • Infusions: up to 4-6 infusions, maintaining quality and flavor.

Western preparation:

  • Dosage: 3 grams of leaves per 200 ml cup.
  • Water temperature: 80°C.
  • Infusion time: 2-3 minutes.
