The production of Taiping Houkui is a unique process that sets it apart from other green teas. The leaves are dried in "bamboo pots" heated to different temperatures, a traditional method that allows them to dry gradually, preserving their organoleptic characteristics. When infused, the leaves seem to dance in the water, releasing a fresh aromatic bouquet and rich flavors that enchant the senses.

It grows spontaneously in natural environments where the climate and soil favor the development of its precious properties.
