Huoshan Huang Ya Yellow Tea , historically known as "Huoshan Yellow Bud," is one of the finest varieties of Chinese yellow tea. Produced in Huoshan County, located in Anhui Province, this tea is distinguished by its long, slightly curved leaves covered in fine down. The plantations, located at altitudes between 500 and 800 meters, benefit from an ideal climate for growing high-quality tea.

The manufacturing process , which involves a yellow colour obtained at low temperatures followed by drying at high temperatures , gives the tea a fresh and persistent aromatic profile, with an equally fresh flavour and a sweet aftertaste.

When infused, the liqueur presents a bright light yellow-green color , evoking a unique visual and taste experience.
