The production of this tea is a highly artisanal process, requiring the exclusive use of fresh shoots hand-picked during the Qingming festival.
To produce 1 kg of dry tea, over 5 kg of fresh buds are needed, and each bud undergoes meticulous processing for three days . It is estimated that between 40,000 and 50,000 buds are needed to produce 500 grams of tea, a labor that testifies to the excellence and care behind every cup of Jun Shan Yin Zhen.

Western preparation:
- Dosage: 2-3 grams of sprouts per 200 ml cup.
- water temperature: 75-80°C.
- Infusion time: 2-3 minutes.
