Aged Pu Erh Tea , also known as Mature Pu Erh , is one of the six major varieties of Chinese tea, produced exclusively in Yunnan Province.

This black tea uses máochá as its raw material, that is, unprocessed, sun-dried leaves of the Da Ye variety (Large-Leaf Camellia Sinensis). Through a unique process of wet fermentation and high-temperature drying, Mature Pu Erh acquires its characteristic red-brown color, delicate flavor, and distinctive aroma.

  • Infusions: up to 6-8 infusions, maintaining the full-bodied flavour.

Western preparation:

  • Dosage: 3 grams of leaves per 200 ml cup.
  • Water temperature: 100°C.
  • Infusion time: 3-4 minutes.
