Huang Jin Gui Oolong Tea , known as "Golden Osmanthus," is a fine tea originating from Anxi County, Fujian Province, China. It owes its name to its distinctive floral aroma, reminiscent of osmanthus flowers, and the golden color of its leaves.

This Oolong tea is particularly appreciated for its freshness and delicate, heady aromatic profile, making it an ideal choice for those who prefer smooth, aromatic teas.

After harvesting, which takes place in spring, the Huang Jin Gui leaves are subjected to a brief withering in the sun, followed by a light oxidation.

They are then rolled into small spheres and gently roasted, a process that enhances the aromatic notes of osmanthus and preserves the tea's freshness and fruity nuances. Once infused, the leaves open completely, releasing a golden yellow liquor and an extraordinary aromatic bouquet.
