The plantations, located over 1,100 meters above sea level, benefit from a cool climate and significant temperature variations, which promote slow leaf maturation and greater aromatic complexity. The Jinxuan cultivar, also known as "Milky Oolong," is prized for the natural creamy sensation it develops in the cup without the addition of flavorings or milk. The low-oxidation processing preserves the vegetal freshness and delicate floral notes, while the light rolling of the leaves contributes to a balanced, bright, and persistent infusion. The result is an elegant, fresh, and deeply harmonious oolong.
