The Jinxuan cultivar, also known as "Milky Oolong," is prized for the natural creamy sensation it develops in the cup without the addition of flavorings or milk. The low-oxidation processing preserves the vegetal freshness and delicate floral notes, while the light rolling of the leaves contributes to a balanced, bright, and persistent infusion.
